Phase one, planning begins with collecting the necessary information and the clients needs on the specific product that will be a part of the private label branding.

In this phase we plan what kind of formulation it will be suitable for the client, depending on the budget and the cost of the final product. Then we begin choosing the raw materials suitable for the product according to the target market.
After the selection process of the raw materials begins the testing phase of the stability of the formulation and assessing the best solution possible.
At this point we will be assessing the cost for the product depending on the budget and the target market.
The selection of the raw materials will be made with utmost care ensuring the stability of the formulation.
At this point it will be discussed weather a product will have any specific properties and how will they be applied. As well as any other special requests to the production of the product.
At this point depending on the budget, there will be the assessment of how many types and variants will be in the product label project, and the distribution of resources will be divided accordingly to the request of client. As well there will be the choosing of the fragrance according to the type and variant used.
At this phase all of the parts from other points in this phase will be combined and they will undergo a through testing for stability and if any issues may arise and how to asses them accordingly until we have a stable and safe product.
In this phase the products will undergo various steps in design, like: bottle design, label design, cap design and special requests and extra parts.
In this phase there will be a series of design drafts and choosing the appropriate motivation, colors, brightens, forms and size of the product according to the type, variant and target market.
The design will undergo a testing on the market shelves as well as customer storming and feedback gathering and assessing the best direction for the product design based on the data gathered.
In this phase it will be determined the delivery schedule based on the quantity per-anum, where it will be planned accordingly, as well as all of the logistics details as well as any special request that may arise regarding the delivery of the goods.
